ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

Projects must have had their first broadcast or screening between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.

Eligibility – Film

Film submissions must meet at least one of the following criteria within the eligibility period:

Received a theatrical release (limited or wide)
Premiered at a recognized film festival (domestic or international)
Made publicly available on a streaming service, broadcast network, or digital platform

Eligibility – Television

Television submissions must have had their initial broadcast or streaming release within the eligibility window.

Eligibility – API

Nominees must identify as Asian or Pacific Islander (API). International Asian talent and productions are eligible.

Who May Submit

Submissions may be made by:

Nominees Themselves

Studios or Networks

Production Companies

Producers, Directors, Writers, and Actors

Talent Managers and Agents

Publicists

Submission Materials

All submissions must include:

Project Title

Nominee’s Name(s)

Selected Award Category

Logline or Description (maximum 150 words)

Release Date and Exhibition Details

Screener Link (if applicable)

Representative Contact Information

Headshot(s) and Key Art

Short Bio for Each Nominee

By submitting an entry, the applicant grants permission for the Unforgettable Awards to use approved materials for promotional, editorial, and award-related purposes.
